G37 Starts Then immediately dies

Hey guys, new here. Just did a motor swap on my 2008 5AT G37 Coupe. The swap is done however i cant get the car to stay running. Originally the starter hits & grinds on the flexplate so i added a shim which cleared the flexplate. The car diesnt start. If i apply a shim to the crankshaft sensor and angle it, the car will run but in limp mode and cant rev past 4k RPMs. The sensor works it draws power, the battery has power. I have gas. My TC is bolted up correctly. The only thing i could think of is a bent flexplate??? Im throwing code P0335, but like i said if i angle the Crankshaft sensir the car will run. What are your thoughts? Is there anyway to slightly bend the flexplate back thru inspection hole if that were the case? Let me know what i should attempt here.

I probably posted in the wrong place sorry if I have.
