G37 problems after trans installed help is greatly appreciated

So Initially my trans went out would stall in reverse and drive, metal shavings all in the trans fluid whole trans needed to be switched. Bought a used one only 69k miles not as much as my 101k mile car I switched it being the diy person I am and started it up. Car cranked very long and I’m having a couple issues. Car has a couple of permanent codes being p0159, p0011, p0102, p1239 and one confirmed code being p0335 engine speed signal sensor, cars traction light is on and car shifts very hard/delayed response to the throttle and then car won’t rev past such n such rpms like if I have a rev limiter but I am tuned and never had a limited rev amount. Turning is very hard if that has anything to do with this but can also be I was moving the power steering lines around and might’ve caused some damage doing so, any help is appreciated if I missed something out please ask questions I am going to check fluid if it’s topped off again but I have checked twice now

Are you sure p0335 is a speed sensor and not a crankshaft position sensor. Looks like either it is damaged or it is not pluged In. There are a few possible causes to this issue. Bad sensors, not pluged in, weak starter or low battery when you tried to turn it over. Also having the battery connected while unplugging sensor can throw a code.

All cars should have a rev limit. What kind of fuel are you running? As far as your permanent codes go they may not be a issue at the moment but the fact that they are thier should cancell out the tune.have you tried switching through your maps?can you?Need more details as the ecu is the only thing that will clear the permanent codes but we need a bit more info.

well I know it’s just saying speed sensor more leaning on crank shaft. Starter did get stuck and was pushing against engine in the process battery was just changed couple weeks ago. Battery was unplugged through whole process if I clear the code the car shuts off and comes right back on. My car didn’t have a rev limit because of my tune, I’m running 93 right now it’s on E don’t think that would cause any of this tho. I can switch trhough all my maps like if it’s normal. Before I switched trans cam shaft sensors were just changed along with battery I’m going to double check all work today and make sure it’s all plugged in and fluids are topped off with the steering issue it might be the power steering lines I had to force down to get to torque converter bolts is a fault on my part

Yeah, start by rechecking all your work, follow the wiring along the trans and where the engine meets the bellhousing and visually inspect the sensors you can see, disconnect and check the wiring terminals at any sensors you unplugged to make sure no terminals were bent on assembly.
