The last few days when leaving for work, my Headlights/high beams, tail lights, and windshield wipers will not function at all. My turn signals, brake lights, and winshield fluid sprayer still work though. I am still getting the light on my dash stating that my lights are on.

Yesterday I left the car running for about 15 minutes and everything started to work like normal again, but not today. This morning everything worked until I got gas then went to turn the car back on. Then the same problem happened again. I tried for 30 minutes to no avail, and decided to drive home to get the motorcycle. As soon as I hit a small bump leaving the gas station my headlights and wipers started working again.

I have checked my fuses as this has happened once before and everything is in good shape. I heard this could be a BCM issue but after my lights came on after the slight bump, I'm thinking this may be a loose connection somewhere or something else entirely.

If anyone has any input on what the issue could be or what I should check, it would be very much appreciated.
