New g37s owner here

So I recently bought a 2009 g37s coupe, with navigation. Beautiful car with a few issues. It has 122k and I paid $2500.

The dealership told him the CSC was blown, so I pulled the transmission. Checked the clutch for play and it was good, I didn't have money for a clutch right now anyway. Put in an OEM slave knowing I'd have to replace it and the clutch soon anyway. Slave started building pressure but wasn't shifting so I dropped it again and pulled the clutch out.... It was completely melted to the flex plate and flywheel, this no play haha. So it's got a new clutch, new flex plate, cleaned flywheel. Turns out the slave overextended and that's blown ... Getting a jwt hd this time since apparently the cmak doesn't work with z1 clutches?

I do have some weird paint issues... It looks like someone spilled some sort of caustic chemical on it.

Oh really? I'm just going off what their website says. Figure it's probably trying to get customers to buy their clutches instead of the competition, but better to be safe .
