Does changing the seats on a G37 (any trim and year) affect the seat memory functionality at all?

 

You do not mention what year your car is, but I would not think that the ADP system would change between years. A brief check of the FSM's shows that there are no differences, however, without a more detailed comparison I can not say for 100% certainty.

However, keep in mind that 2009+ model seats use a different seat heating system which IS NOT compatible with 2008 models. Again, you didn't state year so this may not apply to your case.
