Custom Valvetronic Muffler

Came across this catback exhaust my ARMYTRIX and its a really cool concept of having a stock looking exhaust with a split personality.
I want to achieve a similar result with my existing exhaust.I have berk technology resonated test pipes, followed by the stock midpipe, stock resonators and a top speed axle back. For the price it is hard to compete as I payed a total of 500 Cad
I want to put the stock muffler back on with a 2.5" valve cutout.
This ARMYTRIX is a full catback, anyone know where I can purchase just the muffler? or I made a diagram of installing cutouts for the stock muffler would something like this work?
thanks

This is really cool. Like the idea and never heard of it. Here’s what I did to my exhaust to turn the volume up on my G37 coupe. It’ll give you a look inside the coupes muffler design

An easier/cheaper method might be to use an exhaust cutout before the stock muffler and have a shop fab some pipes around the muffler to the rear (Maybe quad exit? Two exits for stock muffler, Two exits for bypass)

I agree, your best bet is to buy the cut outs and have a shop weld them just like the drawn diagram.

This is what I’ve had in mind for some time, after pricing out valves mufflers from companies like Armytrix. You can have the second exits routed in a variety of ways, and there are numerous options for the diverter valve itself.

Here's what I did

I was able to pick these mufflers from Ali express for $150 cad. Shipped straight from China. Then I got the stock muffler cut and got the others welded on. Welding labour was $600 Cad and I paired up with the Berk resonated test pipes.
Told the guy to use factory exhaust tips for a low key look.
after I did the vacuum lines myself and fired it up.

When valves closed, car sounded stock. When with the test pipes meaning these mufflers are quiter than stock
When open, they're a straight pipe which sounds insane.
(Will post sound clips in a bit)

The muffler next to my top speed exhaust they're almost the same length so I knew it would be a tight fit

Quality of these valved mufflers is outstanding

Stock exhaust

Here is how the mufflers were able to fit
look.

Damn $600 for the welding job...

I must admit I did not think you'd go through with it (many dreamers in this platform)

Very glad and excited that you did. These mufflers seem to be asked to put on a sedan. They would be perfect.

Please let us know how she does with time since this has given me a great idea.

On another note, how do you have your vacuum set?

A controller would give you options, connected directly could also work progressively. I'm really excited
