Bad Wheel Bearing?

Just got my car back from Europe where I've decided it needed some TLC after the horrible roads over there.

Does this sound like a bad wheel bearing? Uploaded to YouTube.

Seems a bit dry... Should spin freely and smoothly.

That bearing is done... When you spin a good bearing, it is almost noise free.
As Jsolo mentioned, it sounds dry (no grease) and seems a little tight.

From where you are, remove the wheel speed sensor, the 4 bolts, and use a slide hammer to pull it out of the spindle.

Went through this with the accord. It wasn't as bad as in your video.

Although only one was in bad shape, they did replace the other side too. Seems right to me. The rears on the accord are easy. Fronts more involved. Looks like you're at least half way there with the brake parts removed.
