Replacing my wheel bearing

Im going to replace my wheel bearing can i fit a fx35 2005 on my g37 2011 ? Do they have the same wheel bearing?

This site shows the same part number for the HUB & BEARING combination for the G37 and FX35. Bearing is not sold separately, apperently.
