Wheel bearing question

so today I changed my front pads. I spun the wheel with the pad off just the rotor and I can hear like a marble type clicking sound. Does that mean my bearings are toasted?how long do the wheel bearings usually last? I'm currently at 80k.

I had a bearing go on my maxima and it started out as a high pitched whine, then a serious vibration in the steering wheel between 55 and 75mph.

I think you're probably ok. If you're really worried about it, take it in and have it looked at.
