hey guys so i recently encountered a weird problem with my 09 g37x coupe out of no where ! i was driving home check engine light came on, the car shut off as i lost power. It would crank and want to start but it wouldn’t start. So I left my car there and got 2 gallons of shell v power premium I’m a jerry can, filled it and it started up and was good to drive & was driving normal.

Now after that, i went and put half at tank of gas .. after that I noticed my gas gauge stopped working , it was completely under the E & my fuel range was at 0 as well. kept driving for a solid 25/35 mins on the highway and it stayed the same. Didn’t budge at all & my engine light remained. Will go tomorrow to see what code(s) come up but any ideas? All help is appreciated , Thanks!
