i tried one of those, but due to the curved CD slot opening, it just wouldn't grip. i adjusted it to the point that the mounting tabs cracked, and it still didn't grip.

could you post a pic of the portion that gets shoved in the CD slot?

I went with a 0 grade. There was 00 and 0000 but I figured there was a fair amount of buildup on the tips so it'd be easier to go with a coarser grain. I also used some compound and polish (in that order) to achieve a better finish.

Couple weeks back got hit from behind as car4 in a 4 car incident, minor damage but dropped it off at the dealership today. Getting the 60K done right after repairs too

There's a small tab on the other side that you have to flip so this piece locks into place. It's pretty sturdy and shouldn't fall out unless if you yank on it.

I thought I read something about the GTR being illegal in the US, but I see them all over, including at dealers.

Skyline gtr is illegal.
R32 and r34 illegal
R35 perfectly legal or nissan wouldn't be selling them retail in the USA lmao

When to NTB the replaced my Canister Purge Valve ($50 Labor) ($83.23 Part O'Riellys) wheel alignment ($105.04 1 year special). My car feel much better now that the Canister is replaced.
