Anyone do a tan to black headliner/a/b/c pillar conversion

I hate the tan upper interior, and I'm wondering if anyone had done a conversion?

You can also get it reupholstered or dyed black. I saw one thread where a guy painted/dyed his own and said it came out nice. Just type in myg37 black roof liner into google and click "more results from myg37.com" and you'll find a few threads.

I wondered about this the other day while walking out to my car and noticing how much they stick out. The pillars would be super easy, the headliner just depends on what all you have to take off to get it out. Dying them is the way to go since you wont be touching them and ever rubbing it off.

This thread was for a G35. Looks okay, but it seems like a lot of trouble for something that you don't stare at.

That's my biggest thing stopping me from doing this: painting/color matching the plastic trim. I've thought of seeing if I could get the parts hydro dipped. Presto, how has your trim pieces held up?

Mine were just painted over with Matt black paint. They are holding up fine so far after almost 2 years
