You are a consumer and honestly i think you were screwed over by not only the wait period but by somethin they caused which they even had the gall to try and strap you with the cost of. I would post who this company is, not as a means to start a harrassment campaign but to warn other users in your area of this companies practices. Glad you got your car back.

Btw, check your odometer, some places will be underhanded and use your car as a means of transport.

 

At least post which state you live in so we can at least get an educated guess as to who did this. I do my own work so stuff like this never happens..
