2015 G37 journey sedan is stock Goodyear eagle rs-a P225/55/r17

2013 G37 Journey coupe is stock Dunlop P225/50/r18

I did not want to cause any confusion or anything.
I noticed my sedan had a light feel and needs driver adjustment imo going straight.

The Coupe has a noticeable tight & firm feel when steering, as in more force is required to change direction. Plus does not need adjustment when going straight.

So I just thought I would ask if there was a known difference that would cause this. Like steering ratio difference but that would only apply to a sport model which neither is and was unavailable for the 2015 sedan.

My conclusion is I believe the 18"s are 8.5 and the 17"s are 7.5 the added width might be the cause of the tighter steering.

Thank you

EDIT Did not want to post again for this update. Turns out all the tires were cold 12lbs overinflated since I got the car. Correcting the cold tire pressure to the recommended amount has helped the issue I was describing.

Also the Goodyear RS-As are some of the most horrendous tires for a car pushing 300+ HP.
They are a minvan or 4 cyl. Camry tire.

Just want to update as I found a resolution. I went to the dealer for the first service. Wile there I mentioned the issue I described here prior. Turns out I needed an alignment. Alignment made a difference. My sedan has 1,500 miles and the alignment sorted out what I felt from day one. So thank you to the service department.

Glad you got is sorted out, that over inflation didn't help either.
