G37s Exhaust rattle baffle or headshield?? VIDEO

I just purchased my pre-owned 2008 Infiniti G37s and the only issue I have with it is my exhaust rattles on start up. I have done some research and others have had the same issue but different symptoms. The mechanic that certified the car thinks it could be a baffle inside the pipe and its not a big issue but I'd be dumb to replace the exhaust system. I looked underneath the car and it doesn't seem to be a heat shield but i could be wrong. It almost sounds like it is coming from the left side of the exhaust tip. Any suggestions?

Its not the license plate, it was making the noise before the plates were on

if its a certified pre-owned from a nissan/infiniti dealer they will replace the faulty component as part of warranty. it does sound like something has come apart on from possibly the muffler of the exhaust. you can disconnect the pipes leading into the muffler and if the noise goes away then you'll know for sure.

I bought it from a private seller.
I stumbled across a TSB for a rattle in the main muffler, I have attached the file below.
How do TSB's work, are they just like a recall? Am I still covered or would I have to pay for the muffler assembly and gasket to be replaced?

Did you get it fixed? I am also having this issue.. what component needs to be changed in order to fix it?
