HELP ME! Rattling sound when accelerating

I have a 2013 g37s coupe 6mt and whenever I am on the throttle either hard or softly, I hear a rattling sound between 2-3k rpm. I have taken it to the dealer and they said they hear it. But they apparently "can't find it" or didn't look for it. People have told me it's the baffles in my cats rattling but if it was it would rattle all the time, not just at 2-3k rpm. So I don't know what to do. Can anyone help me out?

if the dealer's techs verified the existance of the noise why didn't they fix it? its a possibility that the catalytic converter may have come loose and may be the cause of the noise. but if the catalyst thats on your car is aftermarket, such as a high flow catalyst then theres no way in hell the dealer is going to do warranty repair on your vehicle to correct the noise.

Well I don't have any aftermarket performance parts on it yet it is still completely bonbonestock. So they should fix it no matter what right?:

IF it is clearly a failure of a covered part, then yes, they should fix it. The trouble arises when it isn't technically a 'failure' per se, but instead being more like a noisier 'outlier' of the normal spectrum.

If it's overt, and they have heard it, and you complain staunchly, they would be hard pressed not to fix it on such a new car. (unless your particular dealer is a d%^k)

It sounds more like a ticking noise. And I hear it when I'm in neutral or driving in 1, 2, 3rd gears. After that I don't hear it but it could still be making the noise.
