Sad day

It has been almost 7 years since I bought my brand new G37S coupe on 2008, for the past years I have been taking very good care of the car. Today I trade this car in to the dealer for a 2014 X3 3.5 M SUV (for my 8 month old son). I like the new car I am getting, but it is just so hard to let my G buddy go. My wife cried after I handed key the sales rep (Both us went bought the G). Hope they find a good home for him. So sad.........

2008 G37S coupe Premium Tech with mods of Tanabe Muffler, Injen SRI, Midnight black grill, GTR trail light film, red GTR ignition and IPL Wheels.

Too bad
Enjoy the X3.
Did you return the car w/ the upgrades or were you able to part out?

I don't have the OEM parts anymore, so I have to return the car with the upgrades.

That's a real bummer to see such a clean G go

Good luck with your new X3!

Super clean G, but you traded for the right reasons. You can always come back one day.

I wouldn't have traded with those upgrades though... you could have found someone local to you to trade cash+stock items and ended up with some cash in your pocket. Just keep that in mind for next time.

Congratulations!

On to the next one, better to be practical at this stage at the game! You have all the time in the world to find yourself a weekend fun car once youre ready.

I was planning to trade with those upgrades...but never got time to post them at the end. I still have the IPL front bumper with fog lights, Tanabe spring and spacer 15mm & 20mm (all brand new) looking to sell.

I guess this will be my weekend car. It's not as fun as my G but it is fast.

Congratulations on your new car. You did it for the right reasons and Im sure the new owner will take care of the car. It looked great! I traded in my 2012 G37 recently and that was my first car so I know exactly what it feels like.
