I was told at a car show that if you purchase, or lease any New infiniti Q60 or Q50 you get a personal assistant that is on call 24/7 for wake up calls, Reservations at resturants/hotels, valet parking, dry cleaning services etc?
Is that also true if you purchase a used Infiniti G37? any year or is it regulated towards a certain year that you buy?
Have any of you used the personal assistant for these things? i feel like it's pretty awesome when you buy a car you feel like a King LOL
What is this personal assistant that the lady was talking about?

It is true that you do get a personal Assistant if you buy a new infiniti. I don't know if you can get one if you get a used g37. The PA system usually ends after 4 years so maybe if the used vehicle is still under warranty you might be able to transfer it to your phone number. I think it's a bit overrated though 'cause till now I have only used it once and that was just to test it out, but it does provide all the services you mentioned plus it will even answer trivia questions. As the salesman said "suppose you are arguing with a friend about a certain topic, you can call your PA and ask them who's right."
You can go here: Register | Infiniti Personal Assistant and see if your VIN has already been registered. If already registered, then call/email them and they will get back to you...they should be able to transfer the service from the previous owner to you.
Only thing I've ever used it for is checking me in on early morning southwest flights when I don't want to wake up early. Really nothing special IMO. Using it for reservations is pointless since it takes you just as long to call and make them yourself as it does to tell the PA to do it for you.
I'll start by answering your question and then give my personal experience with the Infiniti Personal Assistant.
It comes included with a new car, 4 years free I believe. When I was shopping the dealership said they offer discounted pricing for used cars, but not included with the purchase.
I bought my car new in September, so I have only had the service for about 4 months. I have found that there are some phone calls I just really dread making and the Infiniti Personal Assistant comes in handy (price check, stock check, hours, bar cover / band, etc). It's not even a case of being lazy, sometimes I have a simple question and my local Apple Store has 5-10 person call lines that can take over a half hour on hold.
The best feature is the Infiniti Personal Assistant iPhone App. You send in a request by typing it in the app and can request a reply via text, call, e-mail, or any combo of the three. This works out great if I have something on my mind while I am at work and don't have the ability to call around.
An example is the day after of the iPhone 5S launch, I wanted to know if Apple had an item in stock. I called on my lunch and the hold message said I had 9 callers in front of me. I immediately hung up, not interested in the wait, and sent in my request to Infiniti PA. 45 minutes later my reply arrived via text message, all of the leg work was handled for me. My final example is XBOX One launch. I decided last minute I wanted to get one on launch day and they were sold out everywhere. I sent in the request to the Infiniti PA to check local stores for an XBOX One. An hour later they called me and told me they found one. They proceeded to tell me it was a reserve that the person cancelled due to not knowing the cost when they reserved it. They said they tried to put it on hold, but the store would not. I rushed over and picked it up, another win for the Infiniti PA. They are genuinely interested in helping and get really excited when they succeed on difficult tasks. I also occasionally use them for sport game start times, weather, and other small things, but I think its good for people to know that they can actually perform research based / higher level tasks.

LOL Ryne those were some awesome examples.
I would use the IPA to impress my friends when we go hang out...
I just wish it were offered for more than just 4 years It could keep many people employed...

I am guilty of using it to entertain my friends on occasion. I have one friend who has a request almost every time we hang out. All in all, it's a nice feature to have, but I wouldn't make it a deciding factor when buying.
4 years is a pretty long time to have someone available 24/7 every day of the year. I have used them on holidays and they are still available. Their responses are always fast, only delayed if you ask something that takes a bit of time to complete.
Something else that is noteworthy. I have NEVER been put on hold or had a call not answered when calling Infiniti PA.
So infinity personal assistant just called back to ask me a question regarding my reservation request. Because its a pre ordered menu I ordered 2 rack of lamb with 1 desert. The question was: we wanted to confirm that you wanted only 1 desert. I'm impressed. Lets see how long it takes to get back with my confirmation.

I am almost always impressed with how thorough they are. I think everyone can agree that there is a difference between doing something, and doing it right.
From my experience, they do things right.
