I first looked in the reference manual; owners manual; and service and maintenance manuals. No reference to where the jack is located. Although it does say that if you have an emergency kit (repair kit, compressor, etc) then you won't have a jack.

I can't find the jack. It looks like there is a space for one in the foam holder on top of the spare tire, which holds the towing hook and the lug nut wrench.

Does anybody know where it might be? This would be a 2011 G37x coupe.

That's where it would be, if you bought it from an Infiniti dealer they may be able to get you a replacement.
