Ordered the rear Diffuser from Auto-kits ,, should be here Wednesday hopefully the fit and finish is as good as the claim.. I will post up some Pic's as soon as its installed......

 

which one did you get? I was thinking of getting the v2 and am very interested in hearing about the fit and finish. keep me posted or send me a pm please!

Ok the diffuser came in looks great ,,, now lets see the fit

 

Looks great ,,, Fitment sucks ,,, back it goes, I should have known , the guy on the phone that asked me to repeat name 10 x's and told me don't worry it going to fit great, we have the bumpers here we check fit before we ship,,, well I guess they for got to check this one,, what a joke

 

That sucks. I've been debating getting one for a while. Good to know it's not worth it. Thanks for the info.

 

Cam you be more specific on what sucks about the fitment? I just ordered one of these myself...

 

weird how some fit and some don't.. i've seen the V2 on a G and it looks great.. i personally want one

 

I apologize for the inconvenience, can you please take some pictures? what process did you use to install the diffuser?
you have to make sure the bumper is very clean.
we never heard any issue for the v2 diffuser... sometimes you even need to replace the 3M double side tape.
Please send me a PM with details and we will tell you exactly how to install it.

 

My V2 rear diffuser lined up perfectly. All I did was line up the 2 screws on the bottom first, then everything else just kinda went in place.

 

because one person says fitment sucks doesn't mean the diffuser has fitment issues. It requires time to clean up the bumper and make sure everything is clean.
You can ask the people who already have the diffuser and see what they can say.

 

When I ordered it I asked they guy on the phone how it was going to fit, he said perfect, I told him about the one u have on your web site on the red g and you can plainly see on the right side it comes up short, I asked him about that and he said that that won't happen, that you have tests bumpers ,,, well maybe he didn't check the one I got, look I understand things happen ,, were just upset we waited 2 weeks,, and was surprised,,, be as it may ,, it is what it is

 

Look guy there's nothing to clean up on our car we just turned 3,000 miles, I've been working on cars all my life over 40 years, what might be acceptable to one person doesn't mean it is to another, that's really the long and short of things

 

Guys don't let my bad comings stop u, the finish is A+ we just don't like the way it looks

 

Please post pics so we can see how bad the fitment is. Can't anything before that.....
