Nailed a Deer with my 08 G37S :( (Pictures)
Wow man that's a bummer. Hope she comes back all good to go!
The other night I went down a road I always like to do some runs on and proceeded to get on it for the first one, and there were like 5 deer in the middle of the road right at the beginning. Luckily, I stopped soon enough and they didn't look at the headlights and squandered off the road. That served as a reminder to always check the roads I'm going down before I start hauling through them. Close call! Glad you're ok though

Mine is $3,000. No deductible.
Fender is being replaced and the bumper is just being repaired and some other small things fixed. Light assembly is about $1,200 so thats the bulk of the cost.
In August 2010, I hit a fawn at 9:30am in northern Ontario. The car was going at 75 km/hr in a construction zone. The windshield pillar cut the fawn into two halves. The bottom half came through the windshield entered into the cabin and landed on my lap. Yes, it landed right between my legs. I blacked out for not quite a second and finally managed to stop the car without hitting any oncoming traffic.
The bottom half of the fawn is showing in the last picture behind the car. The front part was 200+ yards back.
Luckily there was no one on the passenger side. As much as I was in shock I only had a few hairline cuts by flying glasses. The inside of the car was covered by bloods, hair, venison and guts.
Had the deer hit the driver side of the windshield I wouldn't be writing this today. I was extremely lucky…
The repair came to just over $13K with $800 deductible and took almost 8 weeks.

I am not sure about a bear.
One wouldn't stand a chance with a moose. I last one I shot was over 1,200lbs. Six of us were not able to move it out of the marsh until I gutted it. We had to quarter it before the ATV can transport it.
