And by the way, salesmen will always tell you it is at least a year. Even a month before the car is released. Just to sell you a car.

Unless you have a car already, and that salesman is just stupid. Because again, they know nothing about when the cars are coming out. MAYBE 4-6 months before they hit the showroom.

 

True, but I do work for Infiniti and my info comes from the "big wigs". You are correct in the release date part, but I can narrow it down to quarters.

But hey! For all we know, the "G" may be no more. We are about 3 generations in. They may decide to change things up a bit in terms of designations.

I'd like to see something different. I don't want another G(Engine designation). They may go with the name designations next. That would be hot!

 

They won't kill the G, it is their volume seller.

 

I'd like to see a single turbo IPL. Doesn't need to make GT-R power because achieving high HP/TQ will be easier with bolt-ons and tuning. Plus, I don't want a GT-R price tag.

The new generation G will come out. I highly doubt they will kill it as it is their bread in butter. Can it be replaced? Of course, but all they would be doing is re-naming the car.

The G could be out with Spring, next year, or never. We wont know until a few months before it releases.
