Extended warranty quote...

My warranty lasts until november this year... I just called for a quote for the warranty and i was quoted 3400 at Ray Catena Edison, NJ. That is 8 years and 100,000 miles. I think that is way too much. I seen people say that they have gotten like 10 years and 9 years for 1600. Would it be possible to get a warranty from another infiniti. If so, can you guys recommend one? I would want to get the warranty from the phone and get the warranty from another state and not from anything around me? if that makes sense.

i'm about to cancel my extended warrenty. i have a friend of mine who hasn't modded his car at all. there was some malfunction with the throttle body. he brought it in, and the warrenty company accepted to fix it. apparently, the one he went with was waiting for used parts...and being the type of car it was only comes in a kit. he didn't have his car for 2 months. apparently there's a lot of loopholes that the company can use to not fix your car. it took him $1000 and a lawyer to get his car fixed by the company.

anyway, i'm sure it's not as bad as what he went through, but nevertheless....i'm looking into canceling mine......i'm modding my car anyway.

good luck

Obviously not Infiniti Warranty.
I have warned people in the past, here, about getting third party extended warranties.

Actually, the law states you cant call a purchased warranty, a warranty. It needs to be called a "protection plan"
Hence the reason for loopholes in any extended plan, because you cant modify a warranty.

I figured by the time the warranty runs out, I will have had the car 5 years and will be ready to change. Good Luck

I don't have that info. I just remember him telling me the story last week. He has a VW GTI anniversary edition or some thing like that.

He did say how displeased he was and that he'd never get another "warranty" like that ever again. As stated, I'm sure it wasn't through the dealer.

Yes, it will be honored at any Infiniti dealership because Nissan is honoring the parts + labor.

Infiniti Elite Warranty pricing is increasing TODAY. Courtney will be out of the office until Friday, May 6th. There is also no longer a $50 deductible option. There are only $0 and $100 options
