Hey guys, I was just wondering how I would go about to get my grille blacked out?
Can I simply get it painted at a shop or is there a specific grille I need to buy?

Search. Check in the group buy section, and the dealer vendors. OC infiniti has them I believe

 

I sent my grill to 180Customs and got it painted black. I'm sure some local shops can paint it for you but just make sure you pick the right one. I went through such a hassle trying to get my rear spoiler painted by some local shop.

 

yea. 180customs is the way to go. You can swap your chrome + cash for the black painted one. That's what i did.

 

Or you can get one of these. Then if you ever sell you can go back to stock.

I've got a black grill that I want to swap for a stock one...

 

or you can vinyl wrap it... thats what i did with mine... took a few hours but did it myself... wrapped it because i wasnt sure if i was gonna like it... looks sweet and i love it!! did it almost a year ago...

did satin black grill and glossy black emblem... looks great... everyone thinks it painted... can always remove if want to go a different route instead of swapping later...

 

Satin black on a black G would look weird though
