What's so special about a GTR muffler that cost so much, even in used? is it titanium or some special material?

Saw a few for 300-500 on ebay. Its only a single inlet dual muffler setup. Probably better off going aftermarket w high flow cats.

^This... that does not sound like a GT-R... but it does sound amazing IMO... wonder how hard it would be...
