Noob Exhaust Question

This is probably a really stupid question but, I'm wanting to buy a Tanabe Medallion Touring exhaust and I'm seeing a lot of AXLE BACK ONLY or whatever, So how would I get it to be a full exhaust? First thing that comes to mind would be a Y Pipe because I've seen some people talking about that.. But I was going to see the possible ways to do it, help please! Thanks!

You need the Y pipe, mid pipe, and axle back to have the complete system. They are not plentiful, so if you want the whole system seriously consider buying the parts used like the ones above.

Like BB said, definitely try to find them used, else you'll be paying $500 each for y and mid pipe + ~$800 for the Medalion = $$$
