Question Confused on OEM offset

Sorry for the noob question, I'm looking to upgrade my wheels to the 19's from the coupe S. the ones I'm looking at in particular are sold in 19" x 9.0" offset 45 or 19" x 9.0" offset 30. Which ones do i want for best fix on my 2012 X? Thanks in advance, this site is a wealth of knowledge.

My wheels are 20x9 with 32 offset on my g37x sedan, the 30's should be fine

The 30's will fill the fender wells a little better (i.e., they will be flush with the fenders) -- I have 19x9.0" offset 30mm and stock ride height. You can see pics here: https://www.myg37.com/forums/brakes-...ml#post3934045

If you go w/ the +30s run 245/40/19s for the best fit at the fender on your X. I'm assuming your X is a sedan.
BTW, do you have a link for those coupe 19s? I think those are vert offsets.
