Hope insurance takes care of everything for you man, but at least you're here to tell about it and drive again. Glad to see our cars are pretty safe!

the car gave you the pleasure of drive, and also gave you the last favor of making you walk away with only bruise.

Sucks man. Thinking of getting another G and pursue a different route with it?

OP....Very sorry to hear about your misfortune. You had hell of a ride and its sad to see what happened. Glad that you are fine and that's the main thing. I have the same perspective as well in regards to having good handling and performance top priority and few cosmetic mods to go with it. I push my car as well and know what's it capable of and lack thereof. Understanding your car or any car imo makes you a better driver. My sympathy and hope everything turns out fine for you and yours.

Sorry about your loss Danny, financially but most of all emotionally. I can empathize.

And one thing I can tell you: you will be back at the track at some point in the future. It's not a disease that has any cure. Maybe not immediately. But you'll go back. Everyone does. It's inevitable.

Glad you're okay bro...sorry for your loss

Just reading about people getting seriously hurt during open track days on the Nurburgring....then this shows up...guess you have to be able to afford the financial risk before doing this stuff...so I'll be away from such for quiet some time...

hopefully you reload and come back with something better

As long as there is only one car on the track.
A lawyer can make an insurance company pay if you crashed on a drag strip. As long as you were alone, there is no competition.
UCLA hit another car on a track, that's going to be tough to convince.

Wow I just died a little inside. Main thing you're okay man.

Nothing bugs me more than people who question our passion for things that are suppose to take you from point a to point b. Women in particular have a problem with us dumping money in our cars but somehow it's perfectly ok to spend $1500 on a damn purse.

Hope you bounce back stronger from this one!
