I think that's just the button assembly. There's another piece that goes on top of it (the trim) that has not been purchasable AFAIK.

TBH, for a good-will repair I wouldn't be surprised to see them source the parts from another ride that was wrecked or w/e. But I would love to be proved wrong

Took mine to the dealership and they denied me. Even contacted consumer affairs and they basically told me to screw off. So disappointed with Infiniti's customer service at this point. Annoys me that they are replacing some people's but not others. Any advice from you guys?

I called and argued with the manager but was told that only the trim/buttons would be replaced...not the entire wheel.

I'm supposed to pick up the car tomorrow...I guess we shall see!
