Question about splash guard
The reason I'm asking this is because I was rear ended few days ago and body shop replaced the bumper but they were unable to reinstall the splash guard. They tried to reinstall(reusing the old splash guard) it by using double sided tape but tip of the splash guard keeps falling off.
They said it was mayb bented along with the bumper when the car was impacted so they asked me to buy new set.

They are made polyurethane (I think) and very flexible. If they weren't badly creased or bent then some double sided tape and adhesive shouldnt be a problem.
New set for the rear will cost around $75.
Different question about splash guards...
I just bought a 2009x without splash guards. The dealership wants $92 per pair plus $100 to install them. How much could I get them for online, and how hard are they to installed on my own?

But $100 to install them is OMFGWWTT!!!
It takes 15 mins TOPS to install. Took me that long to install my rear splash guards.
Installing them is a piece of cake.
As long as you can remove a wheel, and make 1 1/8" hole with a drill!!
My guess is the body shop started removing the splash guards from the tip. Since there is double sided take all long the edges, they probably had to use some force to pull it off. You can try finding stronger double sided tape.
