This thread makes me want to move back to Texas.
Texas = Nice $300k home with a 911 Turbo parked out front.
California = $1M shack in the 'hood with a '95 Mazda parked out front.
Just need to convince the girlfriend that Texas isn't so bad and then I can live in automotive bliss!

been living in Dallas for 20 years now. beside crazy weather and hot summary, i like everything. especially 300k can get you really nice house here like 3000sf brand new. then get yourself GTR in the Garage
