$1k gets eaten up really quickly on mods on this car.

Well I wish I could do that, but in my country lowering is not an option, we have too many fked up roads and speed bumps in front of every embassy and every politician's house and it's just not good for the car. I picked up a set of birdgestone potenza s001 yesterday, 245/40 front and 275/35 back, they're not THAT much bigger and they look awesome especially how they stick out just the right amount and aren't hiding away inside like the stock size, i don't think i'll be getting new rims anytime soon, i personally love the stock 19 inch rims and i don't see any point in changing them now! I had to change my tires though cuz winter hit us early this year and my old tires were compleeetly worn out MAYBE i'll only get springs and lower slightly, but not a full pro kit package or anything like that ...

Stillen gen 3, and either eibach or hotchkis sways is what i'm gonna go for. I think with their cost in addition to the 1,350$ for the tires i would've spent enough for now

Btw, what about the Takeda or R2C intakes?! or should I stick to the Stillen gen 3 ??

 

you will hear a lot of arguments between R2C and Stillen Gen 3 as the best intake. Completely different. I have the Gen 3 and it is a cold air intake with the filters behind the grill. Picks up power above 4k rpm's, and I love the way you can see them sitting behind the grill.

R2C is a short ram intake and from what I have heard has more mid range gains. They also look great but they are hidden under the hood.

Decide which you prefer and the choice is up to you. Both great products

 

Yeah you're right ... well i guess since i live in the city and i do 70/30 city driving, i don't really need a short ram intake since we have a loot of heavy traffic and i won't be using mid range rmp so much, and i'll get a kick out of the stillen's high rpm power gains when i kick the pedal to the ground on the highway outside of the city and enjoy it's beautiful sound..after all, aren't the sound and the performance boost on a highway the main reasons for picking up an air intake ??

 

This is one of the reasons why I can't lower the car!!!
