I yanked these from my interior door because I didn't feel like waiting. I'll probably get some 360 leds in the future but here are the one's I used (xenon white).

Looks good, I'd also recommend putting a light coat of clear cause the plastidip will turn grey in a month, I did my stocks too and after a month they were a grayish color

just use plasti-dip clear coat.
regular paint makes it shrivel up.

Clear coat over the PlastiDip. Oh great. NOW you tell me, after I've done the deed and have already peeled off the excess spray from my rear emblems n been driving around a while.

Still trying to decide if I like the black (dipped) emblems on the Blue Slate. Now that my new rims are on (gloss black with a machined lip), I may just peel off the PlastiDip and go back to the chrome look so it "matches" the wheels.

Ah, decisions, decisions. But there was no doubt it was a ridiculously easy DIY.

looks like you did a fine job.

Just out of curiosity, what was your prep before spraying? Did you actually sand and clear them before or just start laying down the dip?

I ask because i'm thinking about plasti dipping my vossens just to see the effect before I commit to powder coating, i just dont wanan ruin the finish incase they suck.
