Only cleaned the rims real good.

I would not plasti dip vossens. My buddy's rims after dipped collected alot of crap in the plasti dip. Took him forever to finally strip it once he figured out he did not like it.

If you do dip it, i would definitely clear it.

Just out of curiosity, what was your prep before spraying? Did you actually sand and clear them before or just start laying down the dip?

I ask because i'm thinking about plasti dipping my vossens just to see the effect before I commit to powder coating, i just dont wanan ruin the finish incase they suck.

after a year of driving you gonna have hard time taking that off.
got dipped whole car, looks sick but....

I am still not a fan of painted stock wheels...but thats me. The city lights, however, look awesome. You installed without taking the whole headlight unit out? How long did it actually take cuz I want mine changed as well. I want to change the fogs too

Yes, city lights i changed from engine bay without removing headlight unit. Look under the DIY on this forum. Its easy once you know where it is.
