Just wanted to take a chance to Re-introduce myself to the forums I posted in the newbie section but I know a lot of the actual owners never go through that section. I got my g37s coupe 09 about a year ago and wanted to make sure I enjoyed the car and got to know it as much as possible before going all mod crazy. But.... Constantly browsing through this site and watching every G on here develop into something unique made me change my mind and begin modding mine.

First Mod.
I recently bought an ipl bumper from one of the forum members he goes by the name of Deadlocked, he is an awesome guy he stayed up late and waited patiently for me to arrive. It took me about 2 hours to get there from where I live in New York and at 1am it was great that this community has people that are willing to do things like this for other members. The bumper is currently being painted but I will update this as soon as I receive the bumper from the shop and add to the knowledge already on this site by making a small DIY on how to safely remove the sport bumper and install an IPL front bumper.

Second Mod.
I know you guys are expecting something like suspension or wheels but all of that is coming soon. I wound up buying the LED kit from diode dynamics. It is in my opinion excellent in quality and the shipping was remarkably quick. Ordered it Monday and the package arrived at my house on Wednesday. Thank you diode dynamics for the awesome kit. I purchased all the lights in a stage 4 since my car is black with black interior a clean crisp white at night will make the interior of the car pop and that's exactly what it does. The interior of the G looks crisp & clean. Exactly the look I was looking for. All bulbs where extremely easy to install. All that is needed for the I installation is a small flat I wrapped mine in black electrical tape to avoid scuffing any of the interior pieces or damaging the plastic. The lights look so much brighter. I wanna do that as well just haven't gotten to it yet. Keep it up, good job

 

Just make sure to clean your interior well before putting in these lights! i am a bit **** about my car. driving home from work last night i was testing out the light and saw dust and dirt i had never seen before. other then that great MOD for the price!
