Cracking, marble noise from dash...

Yup. Pretty sure thats the windshield rattle.

I have to bring it in to the dealer to have this fixed... last time i brought it in, the sound really STOPPED WHEN WE WENT ON A TEST DRIVE soo i took this video and now they can hear it..

Might help, I had same issue and bought a can of silicone lube from home depot and sprayed it along the outside windshield cowl (where glass meets plastic cover on outside). It made the popping go away. Others have made the dealer take out, clean, and lube or add felt to the windshield cowl. The issue is definitely the windshield cowl so tell the dealer.

LarryG,

Please keep us updated on your fix for this.

I have the same noise. It appears out of no where one day. Sounds like it is coming from the driver side cowl. The cowl has never been taken apart before.

i took mine apart and cleaned the hell out of them!!!
no more noise!!!

Really?? I was thinking of doing that.. wd-40 and stuff but its under warranty, might as well have them do it.

Btw, your g looks like an IPL. Clean!
