Dealer Service

I took my 2008 g37s for some tsb issues which were: dashboard, exhaust, brakes, and ticking noises from the front and seat bubbling. They fixed all issues under warranty but the seats. I thought there was a TSB out there for bubbling. Is there one? My dealer won't fix the seats under warranty. Isn't the seats under warranty? Is my dealer being an a**?

When was this? I put in a claim last month, and still haven't heard back. Supposedly there is a new corporate or something thats causing the delay...

I'm getting my seats replaced this friday. Like what breftayka said they had to send pictures off to some corporate advisor in order to get the claim processed. In all it took a little over a month from the time they sent the pics to getting the new replacements at the dealership

They didn't charge me for any tsb items, but the exhaust is still crooked. Should i go back and demand them to make it straight? its not as crooked as before, but just a little off. They replaced the rotors for the second time and its starting to squeak again. they changed the dash and now its making some new tapping noise. I'm beginning to hate this car.

see that's the only reason why i don't want to fix my Dash. I don't want any new noises after they fix it.
