I need help (A Pillar)

I have complained before that my A Pillar (interior panel) makes a lot of sqweeking and creaking noise around bumps, turns, and pretty much anything thats not smooth rode. I took it to Glendale Infiniti (HORRIBLE place) and they said they look at it.

1) first time they said nothing is wrong and that they tightened it... Didnt work...

2) Took it in again. They said they lubricated it and adjusted it... Didn't work...

3) Third time I went in, gave one of the technicians a ride who tried to convince me its not the A Pillar and thats it the sound of my jeans on leather seats later which I gave one of the Service associates a ride who agreed with me that it sounds like its coming from the A Pillar. They told me to come back in a week when they have a new A Pillar in stock to replace it with.

4)I went back the next week only for them to tell me they wont replace it because Inifniti won't cover it because the A Pillar is not the problem and they do not know what the problem is.I had to leave for school that day so I couldn't hang around and argue with the Manager.

So my question is what would you guys do? They haven't done **** and they don't seem to care or are unable to solve the issue.

Thanks

I don't think the A-pillar issue has been resolved yet. Mine does it every now and then (mostly winter time).... I tried talking to 2 of the local dealers but I am gonna get rid of the car if I have to go through the same non-sense explanations again. Crank up the music, keep the rpms high and you will be fine

Glendale Infiniti is known for horrible service. Try riverside infiniti. They are known to actually get things done.

Take it to another dealer and search for the other threads on this issue. I had this problem and my dealership fixed on their third try. It is fixable, but the fix is not perfect. It feels like the car is too heavy for the a-pillar loads when torqued over uneven surfaces. I think it's a design flaw.
