I have the same issue. I think it has to do with a button or something on my jacket sleeve which keeps hitting against the bezel. I was just thinking about it this morning and how bad it looks now. If only there was a way to touch it up and make it look good again...I'll post a picture of mine later.

I don't have scratches, but I find that every time I hit a bump of any kind in the road, big or small, various parts in the cabin will shake or make noise. The center console in particular around the cup holders. It creaks! I took it to the dealer and they told me I had a piece of candy bouncing around in there which is such BS. So I'm taking it back tomorrow to tell them to fix my 44K coupe, which should in my opinion be rattle free. My family has two Lexus vehicles and neither of them has the interior issues of the G.

No problems really...did have a rattle that was driving me crazy but after freaking out a little I realized it was my sunglasses in the holder.

Crap i just scratched mine today! There was some dust on the volume button and i tired to remove it with my fingers and the black trim started to peel off...
