Cheap interior
Do you find yourself being extra careful when driving your g37? The interior has some cheap parts that scratch way too easily, door handles, steering wheel, rear seat console. Its like you have to take off your watch and rings before hopping in! I expected more out of Infiniti luxury.

My non-washi door handle was scratched up, so I wrapped it with CF.

The only area I have scratched up that doesn't seem as durable as it should be is the bezel around the steering wheel buttons. No door handle or shifter **** scratches.
I don't feel that the interior is cheap because of this (look inside a 1st gen G or a 350Z if you want to see what cheap looks like), but it could use improvement in that area.

Changes were made in 2009 including different materials for the door handles and cars with black surfaces around the window switches and the steering wheel controls. The auto shifter was changed in 2010 which completed the changes of items that scratch real easy.
I have a 2009 and after 5,000 miles the auto shifter was getting noticeably scratched so I bough a M sport shifter from Riverside Infiniti and I love it.
As some know, you can also buy a carbon fiber cover for the steering wheel controls that looks real good from someone here and the washi door handles from Riverside, too.
