Wow...$2500 for insurance? My total is $750/year for full coverage....but then again, I live in NC. Where are you located?
And as far as the black/black 6MT...black and the graphite where the only colors available readily with the 6MT in the US. As far as the tech package...not quite sure.

That's for sure. Just keep asking the dealer with your voice lowered and kinda pull the salesman to the side, you know don't make a big fuss out of it cause they only install the nitrous for the customer who knows the code word: " fast-and-furious". Congrats on the purchase anyway!

Don't buy ANY of that crap. It is all dealer profit items. They love it when someone haggles for hours to get the price of a car right, and then adds thousands of dollars worth of junk items.
They will try to scare you, and play on your emotions. Don't do it!! They'll show you a badly damaged rim, and convince you that this will happen to you unless you buy the insurance right then. They'll try to sell you a $12 bottle of paint sealant that lasts for five years (with annual reapplication, some restrictions may apply, please read your paperwork for details, warranty not valid in states that have winter...).
They will ask you which service plan you want, rather than asking whether you want one at all. After all, you want to protect your expensive investment, right?
If all else fails, they'll show you the "basic" package of unnecessary services that "nearly everyone" gets. Just tell them again..."no...no...no...no...no". They'll offer discounts on them when they see you're not biting. They'll tell you how they have the same package on their Infiniti, and then you'll see them drive out in a Camaro later on that evening. If the sales drones are liars, then the finance guys are the devil himself.
If it really starts to fall apart for them, expect to hear about their family, the kids' braces, the long hours they're working, the job they had before the recession, etc. Just tell them that you used to work in F&I in a used car dealer, and they'll stop pretty quickly.
All that stuff does is contribute to bonuses. If you see everyone on the sales floor eating free pizza as you drive out, you might have just gotten ripped off.

I placed the order at the beginning of March. They told me there weren't any in the country and they had to order one from Japan. It would take until the end of May. However, they searched the deliverys for other dealers and there were 2 ordered for the showroom (no purchases yet) so they were able to divert one.
