What about the 2010 coupe is "redesigned"?

I saw an Infiniti commercial for the 2010 G37 coupe and they were calling it "redesigned."

I took a look at the car and the options on the Infiniti site and couldn't readily identify any differences, other than that they now offer rain-sensing windshield wipers (a little overdue on that one). So what's different? What am I missing?

There are a few tweaks to the interior. Slightly redesigned console, trim, etc. Small improvements to the electronics (Nav) as well.

Check out a few of the other threads on this topic. But yeah, not much of a change. It really wasn't a redesign.

Thanx for the replies. I looked at the pix on the Infiniti site and couldn't see any obvious diff with the console, but did notice the background color for the nav screens other than map is now blue instead of gray.

Now that's what I call a design overhaul. As the proud owner of a 2009, I'm glad they didn't change it much. I figure that helps protect the value of mine--or is my thinking backwards in that regard?

Are you sure you didn't see the G37 Sedan commercial? They show all 3 models at one point, but the main focus is the sedan.

BS marketing campaign! I think the commercial actually says "totally (or newly) redesigned G Coupe"!

The commercial is for the coupe, but I think when they say redesigned, they mean just in general ('08-'10)
