Wait.... a little traded paint in the accident? Sounds like your wheel got bent in the process (or beforehand). If it did actually get bent in the accident don't call your greedy friend, call the other driver's greedy friend. Either way, sorry to hear that your car is jacked up but this doesn't sound like a defect to me.
