Is this acceptable at the dealership?

I live in TN but still bought my IP 6MT from Sawgrass. Best experience I've ever had purchasing a car. My only problem is that 900+ miles is just a little to far to go for service. All I hear about the local dealer service here in Nashville is bad news which with the US headquarters of Nissan located here is shameful. I'm really torn as what I trust them to do or do myself.

For comparison, I spoke with two Infiniti dealers here in Phoenix. Superstition Springs would give me a loaner if my G37 was in for an overnight service, but not for a same-day service. Scottsdale (where I ultimately purchased my car) will give me a loaner even if it's just for a few hours as long as I give them 24 hours notice.
For the cost of our cars and service, I think it's a shame that not all dealers provide this.

I got car at Neillo Infiniti. I spent so much time researching the car that I didn't bother researching dealerships. I'll probably never go back there. And its quite a drive from the city. I'll probably go to Peninsula Infiniti in the South Bay.
