I just opted not to get a loaner, due to the fact that he wanted me to come back the next day. I thought That if i would leave it there overnight, that day, by the next day tops it should have been ready. Not two whole busines days.
My issue is with the amount of time it is taking them to take care of this!

Update: I finally got in contact withe the service mgr.
He said the problem is that either their computer is not communicating with the car correctly, or the car is not accepting the reprogramming. An Infiniti Engineer is going tmrw to ck this out.
I asked for a loaner and he said if any come back today, he would put me in one.

u shoulda got the oil change but waited to leave it for the TSB issue until you could get a loaner. I ven got a g35 sedan as a loaner for the 3-4 hours i left the car there for the rear axle click...to be honest i dont mind when they keep my car long i just walk around the car with them and point out what scratches (if any) are already present on the car/wheels to make sure no one ones show up from them keepin it and I also dont ask for a wash since i have an OB. Given that I love when they take my car because I crusie around and let friends ride in the comfy g35 loaners!!! virtually as fast as the 37 anyway!

Yeah I agree, I would be furious too.
To be honest with you, I personally hate the idea of leaving my car at their garage overnight. You might want to avoid that the next time.
I mean it should take them, 2 hours max to find and fix the issue. What in the hell is wrong with these dealers???!!!!!

I had the exact problem as you. The sudden surge forward, but only happens when my gas is low. Did it cost anything to get this fixed? I think I might have them take a look at it next time I bring it in for an oil change.

You had to pay for your first oil change? I heard of people getting their first oil change on the house. I just brought my car in for the first oil change yesterday, and they told me first one is on the house.
Sorry to hear you didn't get your car back yet.

I just went to Infiniti of Oakland and was thinking that I had to pay because they had this $39.99 coupon, but the guy said that it is on the house for the first one. Where do you get your car serviced at?
