You know you own a G37 when...
^^ +1 on that. or everytime you wash your car you see a few new scratches that most of the time can be buffed out but sometimes it can't be. Soft paint.
-have a squeak in your axle
-have stock brakes that are bigger than most peoples aftermarket ones
-get stares from young bucks to old fogies b/c they don't know if its a LEXUS or some new car
you get no girls hitting on you b/c they think you are too poor to buy a bmw

When you just bought the car and the first thing you do is register on some forum about your car and say, "Damn....I'm one of the elites now..."
Wait...I just did that. Just got myself a G37 journey coupe S (with every option) and LOVING IT!

lets not get ahead of ourselves here. Infiniti is just a fancy name for nissan. thats just a fact. your not driving a infiniti. it was designed and engineered by nissan. There is a clear night and day difference between a porsche and a nissan on all levels. im not just speaking out of my ***. im speaking from years of experience with both cars.
u sure about this? i've driven several '09 and '10 altimas and rogues for weeks due to my weekly travel schedules... and let me tell you: the difference is MASSIVE between a nissan and an infiniti. perhaps the previous gen g35 may be somewhat comparable to the '09/'10 altima, but in a proper comparison bet. a g37 and the new altima, the difference is substantial.
if anyone doesn't believe me on this, go see the differences for yourselves. not via photo but at the dealerships.

Wrong, the difference isnt between Nissan and Infiniti. The difference is between a fully loaded Infiniti and a base rental Nissan.
when you go try to turn your car from on to accessory mode and have to turn it off then lock then accessory. (seriously, wtf)
when your passenger seat belt buckle keeps knocking against the side of the door unless you pull it out so the shoulder harness is sticking out
when an annoying noise keeps coming from the bottom of your shield
when it starts raining and your tires have no grip, just a whole lotta slip
