got 1850 on her...slight creak under acceleration and going over an incline once on the roof part....other than that she's pretty solid.

I noticed this too but thought it was normal (on purpose to act more sporty and use engine breaking?) Is there a fix for it if it is a problem?

It also seems to come from underneath the car from the front cabin to the engine bay....
+1 when it's hot!

The G35 Coupe had a similar issue and TSB for this when the body would twist coming off or on an incline such as a driveway. I remember having the sunroof lubed and the creaking went away.

I've had to park my car outside the last week or so, as we are getting some work done to our garage & home. I'm in the Chicago area, and it's been awfully cold at night (10degrees to -20degrees F wind chills).

In the morning, if I don't let her warmup a bit, and just start driving the shifts are extremely hard and jerky (enough to jerk your head a bit). This is in regular 'D' mode, I have a 5AT.

The weird thing is that it doesn't happen all the time. After the car warms up a bit, everything is fine.

Having not even read this thread in sometime I was just noticing this today as I was pulling into my subdivision. Saw 3 Lexus' sitting on the road/driveway and wow every one of the front tires was horribly black. I'm deffinately upgrading to ceramic pads when that time comes. Really keeps the wheels much much cleaner for some time.

Uh, let her warm up then!! I always wait until the revs come down to under 1k rpm before taking off....
