Hmm, these problems look like they would have it in a g37 that was in a previous accident.

Topic poster sounds a bit picky with some of the things he listed, but other ones... yeah heard those issues before.
My G35 Coupe had some of those rattles, and i killed the first exhaust within a month or so of ownership - some piece in the muffler broke apart and sounded really raspy and rattled at certain rpms; they replaced it.

I'm at 1300 miles and today I noticed a creaking as described above coming from the drivers dash area I think when driving over minor ripples in the road. As always it was driving me nuts and i could not located it. I want to say its a plastic on plastic rub / creaking maybe between instrument binnicle and dash. I will be listening... Everything else so far is good. I stuck a large chind of music on a CF card and eliminated the ipod (iphone in my case) Also I cant play phone messages when connected to the car blue tooth and the voice recognition system is a serious step back from my M35 - but oh well.

Blue tooth needs major work. Voice rec system is a joke in this car. Infiniti is lagging far behind other brands in voice rec, including Ford in this case. That's just sad...

Hoping the '09 is going to address these issues and these are just first generation problems.

Ok my squeak which started yesterday is definatly a metal on metal squeak. I have eliminated glove box console and sunglass holder. seatbelts are tucked away in back I hate to think I'm going to have to go to the dealer for this. Anyone have any ideas?

All your fault or you didn't inspect the car at purchase.
