I'm new to the G37 world, just picked up a 13 G37 with only 53k miles.. I want to update the head unit to a carplay system. Any advice

There are some sick looking Tesla style 12" screens for our cars that have Carplay, but according to the Facebook group I am in for them they are problem prone and hard to get working quite right. I will probably go with a Grom Vline in mine instead. It keeps the OEM look but updates functionality: Grom Vline2

I haven't looked too much into it but the Nifty City unit is supposedly the best option from a usability and reliability standpoint. From what I have read it is just the same the unit sold on Ali baba with a high price mark up, but you do get instructions and support when you purchase through Nifty City.
