Roof stuck in open position I have tried hard reboot and opening from door still getting trunk open. The manual release is in the holder. How do I get to where it is screwed in to see if loose?

 

Did you try turning the car off and then on? Also, it may not be fully "open" Make sure it completed the open cycle completely before attempting to close. Lastly make sure you have a full battery.

Manual release? What's that?

What worked for me is as aforementioned; turn the car off, turn it on, Close roof.

If still no worky, disconnect battery for 30 mins. Then try again; always with the car running.
